For over a decade, Osvaldo applied lean thinking within the eCommerce industry, to provide better value for customers.

Zac is co-Founder and Chief Architect of Elastera. He has worked on the internet for over 20 years, in many roles from helpdesk to development manager, but mostly specialising in technical operations for eCommerce. He has helped teams across the world benefit from configuration management, infrastructure-as-code, Lean thinking, and DevOps. MySQL is not his favourite database.
